A Timeless Perspective on the Glass City.

Vancouver is often celebrated for its greenery, but "Hardened Vancouver" strips away the color to reveal the raw, architectural skeleton of the city. This long-exposure monochrome study transforms the bustling downtown core into a serene, almost statuesque landscape.

By utilizing a slow shutter speed, the waters of the inlet are smoothed into a glass-like surface, creating perfect vertical reflections of the high-rises. The dramatic, high-contrast sky adds a layer of grit and intensity, capturing a mood that is both modern and historic.
